What's new in Sound Renew 2.0
iTherapySmartCure is now Sound Renew: one app for people, dogs and horses, with simpler steps and new guided photos. The treatments are the same.
What changed
- One app, three modes
- Human, dog and horse treatments now live in one app. No more separate apps to install, update or pay for.
- Treatments start on the body
- Place a speaker on the sore area, then treat the matching ear point. Most pain treatments now begin this way.
- Simpler dog and horse steps
- Fewer screens to get through. The pulse-guided method is still in the directions for advanced users.
- New guided photos
- Photos show exactly where the speaker and the headphone bud go, with a See how photo on many steps.
- A rebuilt guide
- A new in-app guide replaces the old help pages.
- A new name and icon
- The app is now Sound Renew, with a new icon showing a dog, a person and a horse above sound waves.
- Dog and horse on Android
- Android gets dog and horse treatments for the first time.

What it means for your subscription
- Human Full or Professional
- You keep access. Sound Renew keeps the same subscriptions, so update the app and you are set.
- iTherapySC Dog or Horse
- Subscriptions bought in those separate apps belong to them and cannot be moved. In Sound Renew, choose a Dog, Horse or All 3 modes plan. If you do not want the old subscription to renew, cancel it in your store account.
- New to Sound Renew
- Three human treatments, one dog and one horse treatment are free. See plans.
